Naklua Park Beach Condos

Park Beach condos on Pattaya's Wongamat Beach is an architectural wonder that is not only visually stimulating,  

but which also has a uniqueness due to this very architecture that makes it simply a more comfortable place to live. 

Whereas most condominiums and apartment complexes utilize the maximum area possible so that the largest possible units can be built to provide profits for the developers or owners, much of the space here is wasted from a dollars and cents standpoint.  The complex rises thirty stories into the air from an atrium in which there are small shops, offices, fish ponds, and tropical gardens surrounding the ponds.  But look straight up into the air from this atrium and you will immediately see open space nearly 300 feet high with the individual condo units built around this space.  The architect could have utilized all this space to provide for sixty or perhaps even more than one hundred extra units all which could have been sold at high dollar, but he chose not to do so. 

Instead the condo owners and renters benefit incomparably from unexcelled air circulation as the ocean air funnels up from the ground level atrium all the way through the thirty stories and out the top of the building.  Condo owners can open their doors to their decks most of which face the Gulf of Thailand while leaving a window or door open toward this open funnel and enjoy a strong cool breeze throughout their condos.   Many condo owners choose not to turn their air conditioners on.

This funnel effect can be felt at ground level throughout the atrium as an amplified sea breeze that makes Park Beach one of the coolest spots in the entire Pattaya.  No pun intended, cool cuts both ways, as in providing a comfort zone providing relief from Pattaya's tropical heat and humidity as well as the overall ambience and beauty of this entire community of condos.  There are huge multi colored carp swimming in the pools of water that meander throughout the atrium with lush tropical plants surrounding the pools while rising into the air are bright white Corinthian columns that help support much of the structure while adding a touch of classical glamour that makes Park Beach so visually compelling. 

The pool in which the residents can swim is well over a hundred feet long and it extends almost to the edge of where the Gulf of Thailand begins.  Just below this swimming pool as one walks down to the beach are several little garden areas where one can sit in solitude or in a small group of one's friends. 

One can buy a condo here that starts at 55 square meters and goes up and size from there.   For this the buyer gets that incomparable ocean breeze along with a stunning view of the ocean and surrounding area from his deck.  And although the condos are pricey they are a bargain compared to what one buys in a similar setting in the States.  But here's a little secret I'm going to let everyone know about.  I've checked rental prices for condos and apartments throughout this entire area.   There are a huge number of nice places for around 15,000 baht ($375.00) a month, but you can also live here at Park Beach for the same price.  Expect to sign a one year lease though.  You can pay your money to live somewhere else in Pattaya or you can pay the same amount and live in a classy, comfortable place that is unsurpassed in ambience and beauty.
