tastes there's always one of the two penthouse units on the 16th and 17th floors
where one can get an ultra spacious 565 square meter unit for $4,700,000.
Obviously such prices are out
of range for most of us.
But for those willing to settle for
nothing short of the very best, the Cove offers the utmost in
exclusivity.
It's situated on 70 rai of land
(approximately 28 acres) yet there's just 103 units in the entire
building. Such a large expanse insures an unparalleled
sense of quiet and tranquility while offering large spaces for
opulent gardens.
There is one developer company owner with a
long History of successful land investment going back to the 1940's
so one can be certain that one's dealings will Perch Development
will be of the highest caliber. Although the Cove will not fit
into most prospective condo buyers' budgets it is bound to exceed
the expectations of the most demanding buyer. No one's going
