Our room at Koh Chang Kacha was almost as miniscule as the hut I stayed at in Tikal while tromping up and down ancient Mayan pyramids. Although our room at the Koh Chang Kacha didn't quite measure down to this, it still managed to set new standards for shoe box sized rooms considering its high price point at $70.00. Twenty years ago, the Saint Louis Metro East Strip clubs was known as a place where everything goes. In those days a customer could pay for a 45 minute long joyride in a club limo with the dancer of his choice, have sex in another club's hot tub in front of all the club's guests, or take his favorite strippers to nearby hotels while one of the club's owners murders his partner. The wildest wooliest clubs in the country were near East St. Louis back then. "Death on the Wild Side" brings back those times past in its new second edition, which has been entirely recreated by the author himself.
