Best Motorbikes for Thailand multi bike comparison from Watchara Marine

Just as the Yamaha Nmax 155 was being introduced my pal, PlOne, and I give in debt review for which are the best motorbikes for Thailand

Best Motorbikes for Thailand, is the Yamaha 400 SR worth considering

To find out, PlOne and I visited Watchara Marine. Which had a complete line of Yamaha and KTM motorcycles. This was before Watchara Marine tore down its service center for small motorbikes to make room for its upcoming Triumph Dealership

Yamaha was just coming out with its Yamaha 155 cc Nmax. And before I traded my Yamaha 400 SR for a Triumph 900 Street Twin. And even before I would trade in my Yamaha 135 cc Elegance for the Nmax.

Keep in mind that we did this review Best Motorbikes for Thailand back in 2015. And although I still had the video I could no longer find the review on the alphapro.com website. This video review might seem outdated now that many new bikes have hit the Thailand market. But that’s for you to decide.

Since we did this review from Watchara Marine, I’ve done a lot of videos and road-tests. While buying a 900 Triumph Street Twin, driving it for 4 years, and ultimately replacing it with a gorgeous jet black 900 Triumph Speed Twin. More than eight years after doing this review, I still have my Yamaha Nmax 155. While recently replacing its variator with a Pollini variator from Italy.

Since doing this review, I gave my ex-girlfriend my Honda Civic since I no longer have any use for owning a cumbersome car in Pattaya.

I have the money to buy just about any care or motorcycle I want. And although I owned two Mazda Miata sports cars in the United States, why haven’t I bought one here? My buddy, PlOne, who did this Best motorbikes for Thailand Review with me recently bought one. While paying something like 90000 U.S. dollars for it. Thanks to having to pay a huge tax on it when it would have cost him just over $30000 for it in the U.S.

Now, if I need a car, I’m taking a Bolt taxi. While if I want to get that sportscar exhilaration I used to get from driving my Mazda Miata’s I’m taking either my Triumph Speed Twin or my 8-year-old Yamaha Nmax. What am I trying to tell you? That you can get a sportscar kind of exhilaration from driving a 155-cc motorbike? You can, and that’s why I am calling my Pollini equipped 155 Yamaha Nmax, the Street Fighter.
