Enough about Sweet Bar: I’m talking about the music there.

Enough about Sweet bar. I’ve always said it’s one of the best Soi Six bars, so let’s now talk about the music there.

Enough about Sweet Bar shows picture of Ninja, Thai and Mali
Mali, Thai and Ninja. Thai’s real name is actually Thai. It’s a good thing Mali and I had invited THai to accompany to night for not only here at Sweet Bar but later at Nymphoz I could get him to handle some of my camera chores and he proved to be a quick study. HE is after all our favorite waiter for the best of reasons.

This video, “Watch me I am going to do a Chinese song” has a lot of humor behind it. Because one night Mali told me she was going to play Chinese music. And when she played it and started dancing to it, I thought, “So this is Chinese popular music.” Cute song to go with a very cute lady”. And not only is Mali cute, she also knows her music. Even the occasional Chinese song. And shit, I just looked at the title of this video and I have just realize that I have misspelled Chinese.

But this stupid error of mine does not even compare to the mistake Mali made when she called the music she had just selected, “Chinese”. It is, after Ninja corrected us, Korean music. Which Mali no doubt could have cared less about. She’s Thai after all and Korean, Chinese, who cares, it’s not Thai and that’s all that matters.

But tonight Ninja got his small token of come comeuppance. By playing a real Chinese song that probably landed it to the Chinese top forty. And I have to say it’s not half bad.

And then there’s “Bad Boys” which is a great song so long as you have Mali dancing and singing to it.
