I will give you my reasons why my Nikon Z8 Bar Videos have no equal, but you must see these videos yourself.

I believe in getting the best tools I can afford to do the job correctly. Any job. And when it comes to cameras, only an SLR will do. Because the much smaller cameras will not even come close to what a top line digital SLR can do. And for me, my choice is Nikon. Canon might be equally good but Nikon is synonimous with Professional. Not to mention I started out with Nikon’s D-1 x was my first professional camera. But that was thirty years ago. And since then I’ve accumulated four Nikon lenses. So switching to Sony or Canon is not a viable option. Plus I’ve had over thirty years experience with the Nikon menus the Nikon feel of their top cameras.
For the past year I’ve been doing my Nikon Z8 bar videos with Nikon’s 17-28 2.8 Z lens. I also have a 20 mm Nikon Z prime lense at 1.8 which is even faster than the17-28. But I often need to focus extrenely close where the 20 mm doesn’t quite get the job done. I could use my Nikon 24-70 mm lens which is even more versatile for all around shooting. But it’s not ideal for shooting in Pattaya’s bars where the 17-28 or 20 mm wide angles out perform them even though the 23-28 costs $1000 more.
So why would I go to the Nikon Z8 when it costs some $1300 more than the Nikon Z7 that I had been using? When I had the Nikon Z7 camera body for less than one year before trading up to the Nikon Z8?
I shoot my Nikon Z8 videos with the Z8 because the Z8 offers far superior low light focusing than the Z7.
The Nikon Z8’s focusing is so good that I can be shooting a girl dancing at the same time another person walks right in front of my camera. This would throw the Z’s focusing off. While the Nikon Z8 stays locked onto the subject of my video.
When I go to the bars at night I almost always take my Nikon Z8 with me and Pattaya Eye Candy Calendar girl or contestant from one of the four Pattaya Dancing Queen contests,
So I am taking along a real ringer. Either girl with the looks who is a Pattaya Eye Candy Calendar model or a girl who loves good music, who is an excellent dancer, who also has a superior personality to the average bar girl I might meet. The women I’ve brought with me are also alot more fun to drink with than my falang friends, who do not share our zest for great music be it American, British or Thai.
Pon, Gee, Mew, Mimi and Mali have been five of my favorite drinking buddies. Gee and Mew because they are virtual dancing machines who are going to always get the attention of bar girls and customers alike. Mew for example has won three out of four Pattaya Dancing Queen competitions out of five. While Gee has finished third and tied Koy for second place in Pattaya Dancing Queen II. Whereas Pon and Mali are the most hilarious out of this group of Pattaya Dancing Queen contestants. All of them are great subjects for my videos.
You will notice that I haven’t given a link to Mimi so that you can easily find her videos. This is because Mimi never wanted to be on the Pattaya Dancing Queen calendar. But some of Mimi’s best videos that you will find in the Funhuse are some of the most exciting dancing videos that I have ever shot.
