You won’t see entertainment or dancing half this good on Pattaya Walking Street because Dancing Queens Mew-Mali are at Sweet Bar.

Mew is Pattaya’s best dancer. And while Mali is not Pattaya’s number one dance, she certainly deserves being labeled here as Dancing Queens Mew-Mali. As Mew’s twin sister if you like. This is not a blood relationship, and the two women do not belong to the same family. Mali competed for Dancing Queen IV. So did Mew. And both women deserved to win. In Dancing Queen IV, Mali paired off with Koy. And although I thought Mali and Koy should win as soon as they found out mew was coming. Both of them told me, we can’t win. No one can beat Mew.

Gone is Nikky Bar where Mew won three out of three Pattaya Dancing Queen competition. All the bars that lined Naklua Road just south of Naklua Soi 33 are gone. While the Tailor Shop, Best Supermarket and Gratinos Italian Restaurant have all had to relocate. To make room for modern Pattaya. But now that Nikky’s run off to London to get married and to seek a new life there. Mali and I keep telling each other how much we miss Nikky. There’s never been a bar half as good as hers. And if you don’t believe me, just look at all those videos I’ve taken there. Especially those of the three Pattaya Dancing Queen competitions.

Since Nikky Bar no longer exists, we decided to spend most of May 5, 2025, at Sweet Bar on Soi Six

The reason is right now Sweet Bar’s playing the best music on Soi Six. While tonight the manager’s letting Mali be the bar’s DJ. Most of the bars on Soi Six are playing crap music. And that’s because the bar’s managers and owners are allowing their bar girls to dictate what’s being played. This means, pure noise. As my pal Gene told me, most bars here play music for the help. And not for the customers who are making all the money for the bars.

By now you probably want to ask me why did you have all those Pattaya Dancing Queen Competitions?

The first thing most people are going to ask me is, are you making a lot of money having them? That’s because most people wherever they come from in the world value money as the only meaningful yardstick for measuring anything. I nearly always say very little to such questions. Because the truth is each time I have put on a Pattaya Dancing Queen competition it costs me as much as 5000 baht just for the prize money. While my total costs reach 70000 baht. Which is more than two-thousand dollars U.S.

What most people fail to comprehend is I would never get to know Dancing Queens Mew-Mali or other women of their calibar if I didn’t come up with the Pattaya Dancing Queen contests.

As they say, the cream rises to the top. While over 99 percent of all women in Pattaya wouldn’t even spend 10 minutes trying to get to a dancing contest, let alone trying to compete in one. And that’s the kind of people I want to meet. The top 1 percent, whether they are male or female.
