It’s the music, and management that brings the superlative Sweet Bar to the top of the Soi Six Pattaya entertainment food chain.

If you were to ask Mali, where are the best bars in Pattaya? she will reply “Soi Six.”

“It has young pretty girls while Soi Bukoi has a lot of old ladies”, she will add. And as for Walking Street, she tells me, “it is incredibly boring”.

While I call it a tourist trap for people who don’t know any better. The bars won’t allow me to shoot pictures and video there. So why should I go there and put up with their high prices.

In recent times when it comes to beer bars, Nikky Bar was the absolute cream of the crop. But Nikky Bar and everything around it had to vacate while the whole area was torn up. To be rebuilt into, who knows, at this point. But things won’t be the same there. While the area is bound to be a lot worse. Unless you don’t know better. But we do. Naklua used to have some great bars. Such as Mali Bar, Girl Beer Bar, and a bar we all called the Lady Boy Bar. But they are all gone now. And so is Nikky Bar.

Nikky’s gone to the United Kingdom. Where she will get married this March. She’s been there twice already. For extended visits. While a few years ago, she lived in the United States. Married to a good friend of mine. Working her butt off, I must add, traveling to county fairs and outdoor exhibitions all over the United States, helping her husband sell all kinds of stuff. And she was damn good at it.

There aren’t many women like Nikky here in Pattaya. And Mali knew it. Asking me to take her practically every other night during Nikky Bars last month. Before the powers that be forced her to close.

Which brings us to the Superlative Sweet Bar. Bottom line, it’s got great music thanks to great management

I love and I hate Soi Six. There are over fifty bars there inside of a single city block. But there’s a lot of low life’s scuttling around. While total chaos reigns. With infernal noise coming from practically every bar, that the bar girls call music. Terrible sound coming together as way too much noise.

Most of my friends won’t even go there. But I have several oasis’s. Where I can simply relax and enjoy the scenery while listening to good music. And where I shoot a lot of videos that’s worthy of the best Nikon camera equipment my money can buy. And of Mali and several other girls who are among Pattaya’s most accomplished dancers. They are the calendar girls.
