Category Archives: Helicopter Bar Soi Six

Helicopter bar has the best potential of any Soi Six Bar without exception. It is the largest bar unless my eyesight is failing, and I am missing something. There is an upstairs as large as Helicopter’s downstairs. Which is already twice the size of your average beer bar or Soi Six Bar. SInce, the beginning of time, there must have been a go-go bar upstairs at Helicopter bar. Because several years ago when Helicopter bar was Nature bar the manager and I found two dancing poles. We even had a pole dancing competition. But the poles are now gone. There still remains the foundations that seated the poles, however. There’s still a bar upstairs. Although the bar stools have long ago been removed. There are also several large mirrors. The upstairs can easily be restored and made into a go go bar or similar establishment. To cap all this off there’s still a wide door that opens out into a balcony that overlooks the entire Soi Six. The bars owners tell me that it’s going to take 40 bar girls to make restoration of the upstairs feasible.

Soi Six Butterfly Bar is one of the friendliest Bars in Pattaya

Soi Six Butterfly bar is one of the friendliest bars in Pattaya.

Gee visiting Ba Ba at Soi Six Butterfly bar
On the left is Ba Ba. Center, one of the bar’s special ladies, and Gee on the right. Gee often accompanies me when I visit my favorite Soi Six bars. And great company because no one dances better than Gee when she’s on top of her game. But even more important than that, Gee has excellent taste when it comes to music. And Gee will not hesitate to change a bar’s music whenever she can.

As far as this that picture says a lot. The girl on the right is Gee. Who told me one night, let’s go to Butterfly Bar. Gee didn’t explain anything, but I knew what she was thinking. She liked Butterfly bar because the bar always let her change the music whenever she wanted to play DJ.

Butterfly Bar Videos

Mew and Gee accompany me to Butterfly Bar. when the entire bar erupts in a contagion of some of the best dancing ever seen in a Soi Six Bar. In this video I am using my favorite lens, the Nikon 20 mm 1.8 z prime lens.
Never underestimate Gee. Gee loves to play DJ, and she has a terrific flair for picking the right music. In this video she shows off her dancing skills that are second to none while getting the Butterfly girls to follow her antics.
Gee shows off her DJ skills again here at Butterfly Bar. And like Pon or Mew how she can win over the girls in just about any bar. Although most of this video takes place at Butterfly Bar Gee and I wind it up at Lust Bar.

Soi Six video action preparing for Pattaya Dancing Queen III

I buy a Nikon angle 1.8 lens for my new Nikon z7ii camera to create a lot of Pattaya Soi Six Video action. And I sure did, starting with the following three videos.

Soi Six video action at the Playpen on Soi Six
Thomas playing chopsticks with one of the Playpen bargirls.

Due to a freak accident my new Nikon 24-70 2.8 lens lasted only 12 hours before it fell out of my camera and crashed down onto the floor. But it did great shooting that Christmas party at Nikky Bar. I’ve got Nikon’s latest and greatest camera. It’s mirrorless and very fast which makes it perfect for shooting fast action video. Ordered the hot 17-28 2.8 lens from Nikon but I can’t get my hands on it until whenever Nikon decides to sell it in Thailand. While my spanking brand new 24-70 lens waits forever for Nikon to repair it. I want to record a lot of hot Soi Six video action on YouTube but all I’ve got are two slow 50-millimeter lenses that totally inadequate for the kind of Pattaya bar video I want to shoot.

Finally, the 20 mm 1.8 Nikon Lens arrives, which I paid a lot of money for.

It’s a prime lens with no zoom capability whatsoever. But it’s supposed to be very fast, and I am hoping it’s perfect for the closed in quarters of Pattaya’s bars.

I can’t wait to shoot a lot of Soi Six Video action with the new wide angle Nikon lens.

So, I figure on hitting about six bars the first night. Take time off watching Netflix in my condo the next night. Then, hitting Soi Six hard again on the third night. Where I can shoot all the Soi Six video action I can.

I arrive at Soi Six Repent Bar first, Meeting my old pal, Per, who is already there when I arrive. And so is Koy, one of the most photogenic girls to model before my cameras.

Koy and Per at Repent Bar. Per’s been one of my best friends for something like 18 years now. Norwegian, until recently he was an inspector on a Norwegian factory ship accompaning whatever ship he was North of the Arctic circle on my ocasions. Per was the inspiration for the Menace of the North (Menny) character in my second novel, Welcome to the Funhouse.

I had been hoping to meet up with Mew tonight. But she’s stuck in her go-go bar on Walking Street. For now.

But Mew will catch up with us much later with a young customer who no doubt has paid her expensive bar fine.

Mimi will hopefully provide a lot of Soi Six video action for my camera

But I’ve got a half dozen bars to get to so we don’t stay at Repent Bar for long. Thomas is next door at the Playpen. I have been doing a lot of pictures and video here recently with a lot of help from Thomas. He’s got a girl here who he feels can compete well against the likes of Koy and Mew. Luckily she’s here. Her name is Mimi.

Night out with Mew on Soi Six. Starting out at Helicopter Bar we end up at Playpen. Where Koy joins us and Koy and Mew meet Mimi
Thomas and Mimi at the Playpen Bar on Soi Six. Thomas who knows the girls here better than anyone feels Mimi has an excellent chance of competing well at the next Pattaya Dancing Queen competition this April 2, 2023.
In nearly every bar in Pattaya the bargirls play a game called “Connect Four” which is a lot like Tic Tac Toe on steroids. I usually lose to the bargirls, and since I hate losing, I’ve come up with my own bar game. “Chopsticks”. To win. And I will often buy a bargirl a drink when she wins, she must pick up a ten-baht coin three times in succession with a pair of chopsticks. I always win. But in this video, it’s Thomas taking on the bargirls.

You can buy Welcome to the Fun House at amazon.com and lulu.com. And the other five books I have written as well as the 2023 Pattaya Beaches Eye Candy Calendar at lulu.com.

That’s where you use your credit card to buy my books. But for a full description of my books which I have published in Paperback, hardback and Kindle I recommend that you go to the Jack Corbett bookstore first.

Pattaya Helicopter bar is the largest Soi Six bar

Pattaya Helicopter bar is the largest bar on Soi Six, an international icon visited by millions of tourists

Pattaya Helicopter Bar

Millions of tourists is no exaggeration. With 3 million visitors coming to Pattaya each year, a large percentage of these come to Soi Six. They come with their telephones catching Soi Six’s lively action. That in many opinions is unrivalled anywhere else in the world.

These two videos is your magic carpet to experiencing the Helicopter Bar as we did at this up-and-coming bar.

KIcking off Soi Six’s largest and newest bar are Koy, Mew and Pon, three Pattaya Beach Eye Candy girls who competed in the Pattaya Dancing Queen competitions.
Pon to the far left. Andy to the far right. Next to Andy is Nikky who was our DJ for the night.

But Pattaya Helicopter Bar is the newest and largest bar on the block. That block being Soi Six. Used to be Pattaya Walking Street was the mecca that drew in most of the tourists. But covid took its toll and now Soi Six is the place to go.

So why am I making such a big deal about Pattaya Helicopter bar being the largest and newest bar on Soi Six?

Ammy to the left, Pon (clowning around as usual next to Ammy. To Pon’s right is Koy and on the right Mew.

Its large size gives it unlimited potential for one thing. I also know its new owners quite well. And let’s just say I’m pretty impressed.

For the past two weeks I’ve been off of alcohol. Because of the antibiotics I’ve been taking. So, tonight’s my coming out party. While I’ve been bragging to practically everyone. “Look out. There’s a big party we are all having tonight. I just don’t know where.”

I get some of these Pattaya Beaches Eye Candy Calendar girls together. And it’s not going to matter where we are going. We are going to have a great time wherever we go.

A few days pass of no alcohol, and then I find out that Pattaya Helicopter Bar is just opened.

I gotta tell Mew and Pon that we will all have to check Pattaya Helicopter Bar out.

They are my favorite drinking buddies. Mew’s now the best dancer in her go go bar. There’s no doubt about that. Because Mew’s proven it by winning both Pattaya Dancing Queen competitions at Nikky bar here in Naklua.

Pon’s antics are contagious. I don’t know what keeps going through her brain but we all love her to death.

Everyone loves Mew and Pon. Men and women both. Pon’s the clown in our group. If Pon were a man, I’d say she’s got balls of steel. But she’s all woman with an exceptional figure. She’s fearless and up to anything.

As for Mew, I’ve already said enough. Well almost. I haven’t seen anyone who can outdance Mew. Although Pon can come pretty close. But in many ways, they are very much alike. Both of them being very well-mannered little ladies who look out for the other guy.

But I can’t leave out Koy. Who’s shy until we get enough tequilas in her.

Pon and I arrive on Soi Six on my motorbike. Where we decide to make a bee line to Repent bar where Mew will be meeting us. Where we will start out ending my two weeks existence without alcohol.

Having known Ammy for over two years now, I have to say she’s as much fun as she is beautiful.

For the first time we spot Pattaya Helicopter Bar where one of the owners asks me to take pictures of his girls. While I’m thinking who are these girls anyway? I’m bringing Mew, Koy and Pon here later.

One of the girls is Ammy. And I just happen to know Ammy very well. Who’s a complete knockout. Who loves her alcohol even more than I do.

It takes no more than five minutes to get the pictures of the Pattaya Helicopter bar girls. Before Pon and I hurry over to Repent Bar to join Sam and Koy. And where Mew soon joins us.

Koy’s sitting with one of the bar’s customers, so Mew, Pon and I hit several more Soi Six Bars. Then we head back to Repent bar where I bar fine Koy.

Mew in the center. Andy directly behind Me. NIkky on Andy’s left and Pon to the far right. In the background on the right is Paul and to the far left in the background is Luddy.

I can only say that wherever we went, we all had a great time. But we all end up at Pattaya Helicopter bar.

At 11 p.me, Nikky finally shows up. Bringing her own entourage with her. About seven people including three German customers of hers. And one Canadian. Along with one other lady.

About this time Silent Bob, our DJ friend over at Hot Shots bar shows up with one of his pals. And that’s when all the great parting begins.
Mew wants me to play my music on the bar’s sound system. But I don’t know Thai music nearly as well as Mew does. But Mew doesn’t want to play DJ,

So, we get Nikky to start playing her music on YouTube. And there’s no one on God’s green earth who knows her music better than Nikky.

It takes less than fifteen minutes for over half the people in the bar is dancing.

As I said before, I have a lot of respect for the Pattaya Helicopter bar owners. Who are more than happy to keep Nikky on as DJ. While Ammy who I’ve already said is just about the best-looking woman on Soi Six already knows Koy. Who is also just about the best-looking woman on Soi Six.

If you don’t believe Soi SIx is the most fun street in Pattaya take in the videos on this page. And consider, Nikky does not work on Soi Six. She owns her own bar near Soi 33 in Naklua. Pon does not work on Soi Six. She cleans hotel rooms in the daytime and moon lights at Nikky bar at times. Mew works at Showgirls go go on LK Metro. But we all love Soi Six because it’s so much fun.

And that’s my whole point I made about Helicopter Bar being the largest bar on Soi Six

Its potential is practically unlimited on account of its large size. I’ve been there many times before when it was called Nature Bar. There’s a lot of unused space upstairs where they used to keep two unused dancing poles. And where I once had a pole dancing contest with its ex manager in front of Little Miss Eye. Who was my one and only model for the 2022 Pattaya Eye Candy Calendar. But Helicopter Bar’s got a couple savvy owners now. So, it should get really interesting what they can do with all this great potential.

And here’s the first video of tonight’s nonstop party action
